Role & responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to clients regarding their ERP system inquiries and issues.
- Offer guidance on ERP system functionalities and best practices to enhance user experience.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to the ERP system.
- Assist clients with system updates patches and maintenance activities.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients through various channels.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their support requests and any changes in the system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in the ERP system and support services.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a customer support or similar role preferably in a technology or ERP company.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
