This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving team in a new role.
Your opportunity
As a Recruitment Partner you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools within your region to find and attract top talent helping GLF Schools fulfil its mission of positively impacting young peoples lives. You will work closely with GLF Executive team and school leaders providing guidance expertise and resources to enhance their recruitment efforts. You will champion our employer brand while celebrating the unique identity of each school ensuring a positive and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
This is a fulltime all year position. This is a hybrid role where you will have a base at both The Beacon School Banstead and Earlsfield Business Centre Earlsfield. There will be an expectation to travel as needed between these offices.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- A passion for endtoend recruitment providing an excellent candidate experience throughout
- The ability to identify and address difficult recruitment scenarios
- Proven experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal team members and external partners or clients.
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in an educational setting would be beneficial.

The Details
Salary: Senior Specialist 33 436. Please note the remuneration is inclusive of travels costs.
Hours of work:This is a fulltime fullyear position
