Key Result Areas
Supporting Actions
Maximum liquidation of stock
- Motivation of the Store/Outlet teams to ensure deliverables of business expectation
- Ensure same customer comes back to buy and recruit new customers is a challenge in these stores.
Identification of new stores
- Identify localities with good prospects
- Make sure there are no retail stores nearby
- Update the location with RBD
Maintaining brand standards
- Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs including airport retailing
Airport retailing
- Expand airport stores and make them profitable and ensure SOPs and business outcomes are managed
Lines of business
- Ensure we expand our business through our lines of business
- Focus and develop digital business through the PRM Tool
- To strengthen the other channels like corporate order insider programme & catchment activations in key markets
Conducting training sessions
- Ensure achievement of personal goal for all frontline sales employee which includes mainly dealing with Product knowledge customer relationship etc.
Top Client Management (Prive)
- Focus on top customer management through Prive Program (Online and offline)
- New ways to improve engagement for Top customers through PRM Focus
New Initiatives
- Find new strategic ways to drive revenues and Profitability
- Find out Tieups and collaborations
