We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our EMEA Sales Development team in Barcelona as we continue to surge forward in revolutionizing data search and visualization solutions. This role will have a focus on ALPS. As a Sales Development Representative at Elastic you are more than just a cog in the sales machine. You are the frontline of communication fostering genuine connections and placing quality interactions above simply dialling numbers. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our sales initiatives by actively engaging with prospects and understanding their unique challenges to offer tailored Elastic solutions. We have designed a cooperative workspace in Barcelona to nurture collaboration and team spirit leveraged by our SDR and Sales Hub teams for approximately 3 days weekly. The collaborative environment we create is perfect for those looking to grow professionally within a supportive community.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Partner with the sales marketing and partner teams to innovate strategies that increase our sales pipeline and business expansion
- Strike a balance between promptly addressing user inquiries and proactively seeking new business engagements;
- Utilize tools like Salesforce Marketo and LinkedIn to research prospective accounts pinpoint key decisionmakers and craft compelling messages;
- Immerse yourself in learning the vast capabilities of Elastic technology to adeptly converse with a technical audience guiding them on how Elastic solutions meet their objectives.

- 13 years of sales/SDR experience including roles held during university studies;
