Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring Time Tracking Systems: Customize and maintain time tracking systems including clockin/clockout processes timeoff requests and approvals.
  • Supporting Time Tracking Processes: Assist employees and managers in submitting and approving time records.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that time tracking practices comply with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Analyzing Time Data: Use data to analyze time usage trends and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with HR Teams: Work closely with HR teams to align time tracking policies with organizational goals.
  • Providing EndUser Support: Offer support and training to endusers during implementation and postimplementation phases.
  • Conducting Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of time tracking data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Human resources business administration
  • Experience: Proven experience in time tracking management preferably with Workday.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of time tracking practices data analysis skills and proficiency in Workday configuration tools.
  • Certifications: Workday time tracking certification is preferred.
