Job Description
REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
- Bachelors Degree in behavioral health/related Field OR Bachelors Degree in a related field with pending Masters Degree in behavioral health. Required. Masters Degree in behavioral health or related field preferred.
- At least two years clinical experience specifically with chemically dependent / dually diagnosed population preferred.
- CPR / CPI (Offered at facility). Certification or willingness to pursue certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor preferred.
- Licensed Professional Counselor preferred.
- Knowledge of 12step recovery programs.
- Ability to work with male/female adult 18over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed/opiate dependent population. Must be able to work with culturally diverse populations.
