Job Description
Coastal Care Partners is Savannahs premier aging care company offering a full continuum of services to support older adults and their familiesfrom inhome care and nurse care management to concierge medicine and wellness services. Were on a mission to provide compassionate innovative and proactive solutions that empower people to age with dignity and confidence.

Responsibilities:
Design engaging visuals for social media email campaigns print collateral presentations and website content.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and design materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
Assist with updating and creating assets for promotional materials brochures signage and ads.
Support content creation for digital storytelling including infographics and educational materials.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Qualifications:
2 years of professional design experience (agency or inhouse preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign); experience with Canva is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work including digital and print design.
Excellent attention to detail typography layout and color.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively taking creative direction and turning it into polished deliverables.
Familiarity with healthcare or servicebased industries a plus but not required.
