- ToupdateandmanagemonthlyOTB;presentingrisksandopportunitiestoseniormanagement.
- Createreports/recapsofthebusinessmonitoringtheperformanceofsalesinventorymarkdownsandprofitbyclassificationfromatoplinetostorelevel.
- Alongsidebuyingcounterpartrecommendbuysbasedonthoroughanalysisofretailbusinesspriortoeachmarkettoachieveincreasedsalesprofitabilityandsellthru%.Makeassortmentdecisionsaccordingtoregionalneeds.
- Manageallocatortoensuredistributionactionsthatsupporttheachievementoffinancialplansproductstrategiesandensuringidealstocksbystorearemonitored.
