Job Description
My Cloud Crew is a Talent as a Service provider that offers businesses access to a virtual remote team with specialized expertise in digital marketing paid ads marketing virtual assistance financial control and web development. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Web Developer to support our internal development team in maintaining updating and optimizing client websites.
Job Responsibilities:

Client Website Support & Maintenance
Assist with ongoing support and updates for existing client websites.
Implement basic content changes including text image updates and page creation based on client needs.
Ensure all updates align with brand standards and web accessibility best practices.

Content Management & Optimization
Collaborate with the content production team to publish and optimize web content across client sites.
Ensure proper formatting SEO metadata inclusion and responsive layout.

Website Production Assistance
Support the development process from initial buildout to site launch.
Translate design mockups from Figma into functional web pages using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Update site content and design based on internal QA or client feedback.

Design-to-Web Implementation
Convert concept designs into web assets and fully responsive layouts.
Maintain consistency in design and functionality across different browsers and devices.
Ensure a high standard of aesthetic and UX quality.

Team Collaboration & Quality Control
Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs and builds meet technical and visual standards.
Participate in internal testing and quality assurance processes.
Provide status updates and flag any issues or blockers in a timely manner.
Requirements
Required Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Web Development Fundamentals
Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript
Familiarity with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor
Ability to create and update WordPress pages posts and media

Design Tools & UX
Basic understanding of Figma and ability to interpret mockups into web layouts
Keen attention to detail in maintaining design consistency

SEO & Analytics
Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content structuring
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar website tracking tools

Problem Solving & Communication
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication collaboration and time management skills
Comfortable working with remote teams and using collaboration tools
Schedule: 20 hours per month.

Required Technical Skills & Knowledge: 1. Web Development & CMS Strong experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, troubleshooting). Knowledge of Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms (preferred but not required). Ability to work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for debugging and customization. 2. Server & Hosting Management Experience with cPanel, Plesk, Cloudflare, and web hosting services. Knowledge of Linux server administration and command-line basics. Understanding of DNS, domain transfers, and SSL certificates 3. Automation & Integrations Strong proficiency with Zapier and other automation tools. Experience with API integrations between websites, CRMs, and marketing tools. Familiarity with webhooks and data transfer methods. 4. Debugging & Technical Troubleshooting Experience identifying and resolving WordPress plugin conflicts. Proficiency in debugging JavaScript, PHP, and API connection issues. Ability to troubleshoot CRM integrations and marketing automation workflows. Schedule: 20 hours per week between 8am 5pm CST Salary: 400,000 -600,000 inr per year.
