All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show theyre safe and effective. But todays clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments.
Our mission is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster more reliable and patientfriendly clinical trials. Were still a young company but weve already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 weve helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients with a customer NPS of 100.
We recently raised a $55m Series B round from Balderton Capital with support from Creandum Firstminute Seedcamp and Visionaries.
About the opportunity
We are looking for ambitious individuals with a background in life sciences or medicine to join the Lindus GROVE program as an Associate Trial Lead. Whether youre transitioning from academia or looking to take your first steps into a management role this program offers an impactful career path in clinical trial management within our rapidly growing health tech company.

During this ninemonth training program youll become an integral member of our trial delivery team receiving robust training and gaining firsthand experience in the clinical trials process.

About the programme
Training & Development
Structured Learning: Develop tangible and transferable skills across business strategy project management and trial operations
Shadowing and Mentorship: Learn from senior members of our team who will guide your development and help you explore different teams
Internal Training: Participate in sessions led by our clinical operations medical and clinical solutions teams
External Training: Access additional training and certifications to excel in clinical trial management
Handson Experience & Ownership
Real Work Real Responsibility: Youll get your hands dirty from day one with meaningful projects helping us to deliver clinical trials
Project Involvement: Actively participate in live clinical trials for cuttingedge medical innovations
Trial Lifecycle Management: Gain exposure to each phase of the trial lifecycle developing skills to lead trials independently
Crossfunctional & Stakeholder Work
Diverse Collaboration: Interact with various teams while working directly with external stakeholders and trial sponsors
Commercial Strategy: Partner with our Commercial team to understand how we win and solution trials with worldclass innovators

Project Management & Operational Frameworks: Develop strategies to manage stakeholders and create efficient systems

General Management Skills: Build a toolkit of leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Your future at Lindus
Upon completing the program youll work within our Clinical Operations team acting as a trial CEO leading trial deliverables across multiple projects and working directly with Sponsors. Youll have the potential to progress develop and grow within the scaling organisation.
About you
This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about science and medicine who want to develop broader management skills. We believe in potential over qualifications but most candidates will have:
Education: An undergraduate or graduate degree in a scientific or medical field
Experience: 05 years work experience this could be in a scientific or medical related field or broader
Motivation: Alignment with our mission in every decision we consider whats best for the patient first
Mindset: Curious ambitious and excited to grow in a flat hierarchy
Approach: Proactive problemsolver who takes ownership and drives things forward
Sense of fun: A sense of humor we believe in having fun along the way

Starting salary of 55000
Flexible working; we have an incredible office near London Bridge and encourage people to work 3 days per week from the office.
Set term times and holiday periods 20 days) throughout the 9 month training program followed by unlimited holiday allowance once the program is complete.
