Join Stryker as a Project Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility for a permanent role long term.
This role is ideal for a dynamic project manager who excels in managing diverse projects collaborating across teams and driving outcomes. Youll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in project methodologies and stakeholder management to deliver initiatives that make a real impact.
Manage EndtoEnd Projects: Oversee critical projects ensuring smooth transitions process optimisations and successful outcomes.
Apply Methodologies: Utilise project management frameworks (e.g. Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches) to deliver on scope time and budget.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with crossfunctional teams including IT finance and business operations to execute strategic initiatives efficiently.
Mitigate Risks: Identify challenges early manage dependencies and ensure compliance to deliver seamless project .
Drive Innovation: Implement process improvements and technology solutions that enhance efficiency and elevate project delivery standards.
Deliver Results: Maintain clear focus on project objectives ensuring alignment with company priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Required Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Project Management or a related field.
35 years of experience managing complex crossfunctional projects in any industry with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes.
Expertise in project management methodologies including Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
Strong skills in stakeholder management communication and risk mitigation working effectively across diverse teams.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with IT systems projects such as enterprise software implementations or process automation.
Knowledge of logistics supply chain or warehouse operations is a plus but not essential.
Background in regulated industries such as medical devices pharmaceuticals or manufacturing.
