Job Summary:
As a Business Development Sales Executive your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth and expand the client base of our company. You will identify new business opportunities forge strategic partnerships and build lasting relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients industry trends and emerging market opportunities.
- Analyze competitor offerings pricing strategies and market positioning to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling email outreach networking events and industry conferences.
- Qualify leads based on their fit with the companys target market budget and purchasing authority.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
- Understand client needs pain points and objectives to tailor solutions and value propositions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals presentations and pitches that articulate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Present proposals to clients in a clear concise and persuasive manner addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
- Monitor sales pipeline activity track progress against targets and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions sales activities and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving and achieving objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
