The role
The Division of Information Technology (DIT) is committed to a strong service culture and focuses on delivering fit for purpose quality services to the University community.
You will join the universitywide service desk; a central contact point for student and staff related IT issues at Charles Sturt. You will be required to provide timely support within defined service levels whilst contributing to the continual improvement and development of services and knowledge that DIT provide.
In this position you will be responsible for IT support maintenance and security of desktop computing audio visual video conferencing and network infrastructure environments. You will have a particular focus on supporting the expanded teaching and learning space including rapid response to technology related issues.
