About the Role
Are you looking for a flexible job that fits around your studies We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a casual position with adhoc hours primarily during weekday evenings. Key Responsibilities:
- Host events both online and inperson
- Welcome members and guests
- Support audiovisual (AV) needs
- Provide catering services
- Set up and pack down rooms for events
- Perform light cleaning to prepare rooms for the next day
- Handle adhoc administrative duties with flexible hours mutually negotiated

Essential Attributes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence with troubleshooting IT and AV systems
- Reliable and punctual
