About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a junior Lawyerto join our Commercial Litigation team in Melbourne on a permanentfulltime basis. Working directly with a distinguished SpecialCounsel who has a passion for training and mentorship thishandson role will see you working alongside other lawyers in theteam on a variety of frontend commercial and litigated matterswith a particular focus on competition and consumer law privacyand data technology intellectual property and cybersecurity.Working for a range of high net worth individuals and leadingAustralian businesses this is a truly mixed role withapproximately one quarter of your workload being commercial andthree quarters litigation.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years PAEwith a genuine passion and interest in the areas of commercialconsumer and privacy law. Your previous experience will includesome exposure to advocacy work and you will have a keen desire tocontinue developing this skill. Our clients are at the heart of allthat we do so we are looking for a candidate who demonstrates astrong client service focus and a commercial approach to alldealings.
