Your future duties and responsibilities:

Client Relationship Business Development & Delivery

Establish and foster strong client relationships in the private and public sectors with both new and existing clients
Lead the strategic direction for growth and operational of IT and business consulting services in the Manitoba market
Partner with executives to shape and/or identify opportunities that will align business objectives and industry/market trends
Champion thought leadership to remain abreast of emerging technologies business trends as well as market and industry best practices to drive innovative growth

Team & People Leadership

Ensure team is equipped with the tools methodologies and knowledge to achieve high quality delivery
Guide recruitment of top talent and talent development to ensure the teams capabilities and expertise are in line with client needs/market evolution
Foster a balanced culture in which people can be innovative develop and maintain wellbeing

Operations Management

Contribute to P&L profitability by overseeing budget revenue targets and effective resource allocation
Participate in strategic planning and ongoing operational excellence activities

Engagement Mission Governance & Oversight

Manage client engagements and evolution of the endtoend service offering
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide robust solutions to clients
Leverage CGI frameworks to achieve and exceed business targets/goals

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Extensive consulting experience within IT business and/or professional services ideally in both the Private and Public sectors
Demonstrable success in a similar strategic role
First class business development attributes with demonstrable career success
Experience building and nurturing strong relationships across a diverse portfolio of clients
Possess a level of gravitas that naturally instils confidence internally and externally
