MISSION
Provide functional support to the Talent department covering a wide range of tasks in the areas of new hire onboarding employee relations payroll benefits communications and other general office functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as first pointofcontact for employee requests. Proactively seek solutions in consultation with the Talent team when necessary to provide policy guidance and interpretation to employees.
Manage HR ticketing system using organizational knowledge to review research and resolve issue tickets or reassign to appropriate team member if necessary.
Resolve 100 of HR tickets in a timely manner.
Partner with Talent Management Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to assist in all facets of the employee lifecycle process.
Conduct onboarding and benefit briefings for all New Hire Orientations.
Manage new employee documentation and paperwork; ensure timely completion per employer and new hire employee requirements.
Partner with Talent Management on employee rewards and recognition programs.
Respond to employee general benefits questions and process benefit inquiries and changes.
Perform data entry on new hires terminations organizational changes electronic documentation and other daily changes as needed.
Ensure a seamless offboarding process from resignation to exit.
Provide data and support for Talent and companywide audit and compliance requests.
Manage endtoend preemployment background check processes and requests.
Partner with other team members on internal employee communications activities including but not limited to maintenance of company intranet surveys and other content outlets.
Plan organize and provide support for companywide activities events and holidays.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School diploma required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Prior work experience in a professional business environment.
24 years experience in functional areas of Human Resources.
