Job Description
Position: Inpatient Rehab Medical Director
Location: Missoula MT
Job Type: Fulltime or Parttime (Independent Contractor or Employed)
Seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to serve as MedicalDirector for10bed inpatient acute rehabilitation unit. This leadership roleoffers the opportunity to guide a highperforming rehab team in a supportiveenvironment while enjoying a flexible schedule and the natural beauty of theNorthern Rockies.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Oversee the inpatient acute rehab unit in collaboration with the Program Director and clinical team
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies CMS regulations and Joint Commission standards
- Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in quality initiatives
- Flexible scheduling options available (fulltime or parttime)

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with active Montana medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certification required (PM&R preferred but open to other specialties with inpatient rehab experience)

- Experience in inpatient rehab or related postacute care preferred
