Job Title: Web Developer
Location: Wadsworth OH
Type: FullTime (Hybrid3 days in the office 2 days work from home)
Salary: $75000 $95000

As a member of our team youll have the opportunity to work in an Agile development environment participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle and build quality software solutions.
We provide guidance and support but we expect you to be a selfstarter capable of managing multiple tasks defining and refining goals and both articulating and answering questions without constant direction. As our Web Developer you will:
- Design develop test deploy maintain and improve software solutions.
- Manage individual project priorities meet deadlines and deliver highquality work.
- Embrace and learn new emerging technologies.
- Create solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Analyze user needs and align them with business goals.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking individuals with a passion for learning and growing. If youre enthusiastic about software development regardless of your background we want to hear from you. In addition you should have:
- 26 years of experience in designing and delivering LAMP Stack / SQL Server / Web Applications.
- A Bachelors or advanced degree in a relevant field is recommended.
- A strong understanding of software design and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and pair programming (a plus).
- A track record of introducing new technologies and using opensource solutions to solve problems.
- Basic project management skills.
- A technical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in developing RESTful web services in a production environment unit/integration/functional testing and working with source control repositories and continuous integration.
Desired Software Proficiency:
You should have a working knowledge of Open Source technologies including Open Source Pearl JavaScript Java and Web API. Experience with RDBMS like MySQL and PostgreSQL is essential and familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus. Proficiency in JavaScript ReactJS Vue.JS Angular 2 CSS and HTML5 is also important. Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting scalable and resilient software is highly valued.
