Apartner hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Regional Support Veterinarian to join their team. This fulltime clinical position offers the opportunity to work across multiple practice locations in the Southern Georgia region. The position provides a unique blend of clinical practice mentorship and leadership development ideal for a veterinarian interested in working at various hospitals while contributing to the growth and success of veterinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Support Veterinarian you will:

  • Perform full clinical duties while on shift including diagnosing treating and managing a wide range of medical conditions in small animals.
  • Adapt to diverse practice environments collaborating with different teams across multiple locations.
  • Mentor and support veterinary staff fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere in each practice.
  • Modify your approach and treatment plans according to the unique needs of each hospitals team and clientele.
  • Travel locally on a weekly basis to visit hospitals and provide ongoing support.
  • Embrace a positive outlook and resilient mindset maintaining strong communication and teamwork.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Possess a valid veterinary license in good standing or be able to obtain one in the states where practices are located.
  • Demonstrate a strong level of empathy and adaptability in working with various hospital teams and clientele.
  • Have experience in leadership or mentorship or be eager to develop these skills in a supportive environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Be highly adaptable resilient and capable of thriving in a dynamic multilocation role.
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
