Job Description
Full time Regional Support Veterinarian New Opportunity Amazing Benefits Southern Georgia region
As a Regional Support Veterinarian you will:
- Perform full clinical duties while on shift including diagnosing treating and managing a wide range of medical conditions in small animals.
- Adapt to diverse practice environments collaborating with different teams across multiple locations.
- Mentor and support veterinary staff fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere in each practice.
- Modify your approach and treatment plans according to the unique needs of each hospitals team and clientele.
- Travel locally on a weekly basis to visit hospitals and provide ongoing support.
- Embrace a positive outlook and resilient mindset maintaining strong communication and teamwork.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Possess a valid veterinary license in good standing or be able to obtain one in the states where practices are located.
- Demonstrate a strong level of empathy and adaptability in working with various hospital teams and clientele.
- Have experience in leadership or mentorship or be eager to develop these skills in a supportive environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Be highly adaptable resilient and capable of thriving in a dynamic multilocation role.
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
