Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead specializing in Full Stack Microsoft technologies to lead and oversee software development initiatives at R Systems. The ideal candidate will have handson expertise in .Net Core Angular 14 and SQL on Azure platforms with proficiency in modern tools and frameworks like Docker OAuth and SAML. This role involves leading a team designing solutions and ensuring timely delivery of highquality software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design development and deployment of scalable fullstack solutions using .Net Core C# MVC Angular and SQL.
• Provide technical guidance to team members including code reviews design reviews and mentoring.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to align technical strategy with business objectives.

1. Solution Architecture:

• Design and implement microservicesbased architectures leveraging Azure tools and platforms including Service Bus and Cosmos DB.
• Ensure the security scalability and performance of applications through best practices and design principles.

1. Development and Deployment:

• Write clean maintainable and efficient code with a strong focus on testdriven development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and integrate with APIs using OAuth SAML and other secure communication protocols.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with tools like nginx.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Drive agile practices including daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement by advocating for modern practices and tools.

1. Version Control and Maintenance:

• Oversee version control processes ensuring seamless collaboration via Git.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack and ensure the smooth operation of applications.

Key Skills and Competencies:

1. Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with .Net Core C# and MVC frameworks.
• Proficiency with Angular 14 JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend technologies.
• Handson experience with SQL databases especially on Azure including Service Bus and Cosmos DB.

1. DevOps and Tools:

• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines containerization using Docker and deployment via nginx.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps monitoring and logging tools.

1. Security and Testing:

• Knowledge of security protocols like OAuth and SAML.
• Experience with writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

1. Team Management and Communication:

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage crossfunctional teams.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering solutions.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Azure .Net or Angular will be an advantage.
