Global Risk and Security (GR&S) at Vanguard enables business strategy protects client and Vanguard interests (e.g. assets and data) and stewards a strong risk culture. Our teams leverage enterprisewide insights deep expertise and trusted advice so that across Vanguard leaders and crew drive faster stronger riskinformed decisions.
In this role you will:
Understand and apply the risk management framework to enable protect and defend Vanguard against undesired risk exposure.
Develop a firm understanding of ITs Enterprise Technology Strategy and the business strategies that drive it.
Become a subject matter expert on a subset of IT risk domains.
Partner with stakeholders from 12 IT subdivisions to identify assess manage and monitor risk exposures.
Use IT industry best practice knowledge to provide consultation facilitation and analytical support to IT business partners.
Support the continued evolution of the IT risk management program.
Core Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years work experience in a technology risk management or control function is strongly preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong presentationbuilding skills
