Job Title: US People Compliance Manager
Position will be a hybrid remote AND onsite requirement (no exceptions). Hitachi Energy locations can be based at either our North American headquarters manufacturing facilities or HUBs: Raleigh NC; South Boston VA; Bland VA; Alamo TN; Jefferson City MO; Crystal Springs MS; Earth City MO; Atlanta GA; Houston TX; Princeton NJ; Las Vegas NV; San Jose CA; Hillsborough OR.

Are you ready to shape the future of HR compliance and labor relations in the US Join Hitachi Energy as our US People Compliance Manager and lead the charge in developing and implementing strategies that ensure our workforce is aligned with federal and state laws. How Youll Make an Impact
- Define and implement a People compliance strategy for the US.
- Develop and provide training on HRrelated policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws labor law and internal agreements.
- Serve as the OFCCP Compliance Officer for the US.
- Drive compliance with Hitachi Energys global privacy requirements.
- Lead a network of HR Business Partners and Labor Relations positions.
- Participate in labor contract negotiations and support unionrelated communications.
- Provide advice and guidance on compliance and labor relations crises.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 810 years of professional experience
- Relevant professional qualification/accreditation.
- Experience in a global organization with a strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong coaching skills and ability to lead teams through influence.
- Excellent knowledge of HR compliance topics including EEO and Affirmative Action Plans.
- Significant experience in collective labor relations and facilitating change.
- Manufacturing and/or labor industries relations experiences a strong plus
