Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and research potential students through various channels including cold calling email campaigns and social media.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and ensure timely followup to convert leads.
Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls
- Make outbound calls to potential students introducing them to the franchise opportunity and gauging their interest.
- Respond to inbound inquiries addressing potential students questions and providing relevant information on franchise benefits requirements and processes.
Lead Nurturing and Relationship Building
- Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout their decisionmaking process addressing any concerns or objections that may arise.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g. marketing legal) to ensure potential franchisees receive necessary information and support.
RecordKeeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with prospects using the companys CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on sales targets lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in telesales outbound sales or customer service
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persuasive selling techniques and an understanding of courses.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
