Overnight Residential Specialist:

About the Role:

As an Overnight Residential Specialist youll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities while ensuring a safe and restful home environment. While clients sleep youll assist with evening routines monitor overnight safety and prepare for the next day.

Schedule: Thurs Sat 11pm7am

Pay: The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $20.65 per hour.

A typical night will include:

• Assist clients with evening and bedtime routines (personal care hygiene medications).
• Monitoring clients throughout the night ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Perform light housekeeping and preparing for the next day.
• Document observations and report any concerns to the team.

What youll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• Six 6 months experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Valid California Drivers License current auto insurance and a clean driving record.
• A passion for making a differenceeven at night!

Wed love it if you:

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
