Job Overview
Customer Support (Fresher & Experienced minimum 6 month to one year) FullTime work from office.
Working Days: 5.5 Days work
Shifts: Fixed day shift 9:00 AM 6:00 AM.
Max CTC: 250000 LPA Unlimited Incentive
Work Location: Bangalore
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate Must be 12th or Any Graduate
- Candidate Must be 18
- Excellent communication skills
- Problemsolving abilities
- Empathy towards customers
- Patience in dealing with difficult situations
- Knowledge of product/service offerings
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide information about products/services and handle customer complaints
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
