Lead Exceptional Projects in HighEnd ResidentialConstruction
This is your opportunity to oversee and work on bespokeresidential projects valued between $300k and $2m. As a Leading Hand/ForemanCarpenter youll combine handson craftsmanship with leadershipresponsibilities guiding your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Role Split: 80 on the tools 20 managing one to two jobs.
- Team Structure:Work in a team of 1 builder 5 carpenters 3 apprentices a project manager and an administrator.
- Scope: Projects located all around Sydney.
- Tools & Vehicle: Own vehicle and tools required.

Requirements
What You Bring
- 67 years extensive handson carpentry experience.
- Experience in highend residential builds or enthusiasm to learn in this space.
- Leadership skills to manage a team and leverage your hands on experience to teach other more junior team members.
- Ability to multitask and oversee one to two projects at once.
- Ability to talk to clients and subcontractors in a professional manner and help to drive positive word of mouth for the business
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship.
- Flexibility to travel across Sydney as needed.
