Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive human resources expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dedicated innovative and collaborative teammates. Youll shape and deploy business objectives that resonate with the unique histories and missions of our two West Mifflin sites. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (including senior management regional HR teams and our diverse workforce) act as a trusted advisor on HRrelated issues and much more.
Well look to you for:
Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives
Acting as a trusted advisor for HRrelated issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws
Prior supervisory experience
Overseeing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
Supporting change initiatives and managing the human impact of organizational changes
Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to inform decisionmaking and improve HR programs
Collaborating with regional HR teams to align local and global HR goals
Developing communication plans for effective change management
Contributing to regional HR strategy development and best practices implementation

Degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations or a related field
Experience or understanding of HR practices in a manufacturing or similar environment
Knowledge of strategic HR planning including workforce planning talent management and succession planning
Familiarity with employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and employee engagement
Professional certifications such as PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to oversee the recruitment process and implement training and development programs
Competence in supporting organizational change initiatives
Proficiency in utilizing HR data and analytics for decisionmaking
Collaborative skills to work with regional HR teams in developing strategies
