We are currently looking to add a dynamic Sales Arborist Representative to our passionate team of tree care professionals. Your office is outdoors and you get a new view every day!
Job Duties
- Learn to work as a tree doctor that makes house calls!
- Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
- Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
- Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
- Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs.
- Learn to be a part of the office and field management team.
- The Sales Representatives assist the District Manager in the direction of the whole team.
Qualifications
- Love of the outdoors
- Must obtain ISA Certified Arborist after hire
- Required: Valid drivers license
- Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Tree Care Industry
- Preferred: Background in sales
- Regional plant and horticulture knowledge
- Good people skills; selfmotivated; computer proficient and organized
- Must be able to complete extension courses on Tree Biology Tree Pruning and Removal and Plant Health Care
- Preferred: Relevant pesticide CDL and related licenses and certificates if required by state law
