We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As a Care Services Employee youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Services Auburn.

We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to residents individualised needs preferences and choices and are committed to building strong meaningful connections with residents.

This is a permanent part time opportunity with PM shifts Mon to Friday and AM shifts on Friday and Saturday.

Things that work for us:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.

  • 6 months experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records.

  • Understanding of Aged Care resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan.

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
