Job Description
Sonora Behavioral Health is Arizonas largest inpatient psychiatric hospital. We provide stabilization treatment of mental health and chemical dependency issues affecting children adolescents adults and active duty military personnel. Sonora Behavioral Health is looking for a Per Diem Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The Maintenance Specialist is primarily responsible for performing a wide variety of preventive maintenance and repairs involving plumbing electrical drywall and painting HVAC systems vehicles furnishings appliances and equipment and grounds keeping. Must be able to visually inspect the facility and components to determine maintenance needs and corrective action required. Responsible for documenting tasks performed in department records appropriately. Oncall for emergencies or back up coverage for fulltime Maintenance Specialists.
Qualifications
- 1 yearexperience in a commercial environment preferably in maintenance.
- 1 year of experience in drywall repairs and/or installation painting plumbing repairs minor electrical maintenance/repair landscaping maintenance HVAC maintenance and repairs and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to complete Handle with Care course is required
- Clear TB screening
- Ability to obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Clear background and drug screen.
