We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager Enterprise to join our dynamic team at Nexapp Technologies. In this role you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales particularly in enterprise networking solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to expand our presence in the enterprise market.
Identify and prioritize target enterprise accounts aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our SDWAN ZTNA Enterprise WiFi and cybersecurity solutions.
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop tailored sales collateral proposals and pitch materials.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape through continuous market research.
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives within the enterprise segment.
Provide leadership and guidance to a highperforming sales team to maximize their potential and productivity.
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including product management and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
Proven track record (minimum 3 years) in B2B enterprise sales preferably in networking or related technology solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts including SDWAN ZTNA Enterprise WiFi and cybersecurity.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within the enterprise segment.
Excellent leadership communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
