Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Infrastructure (Roads and Bridges) Bucharest Job Summary: We are actively seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the Construction and Infrastructure industry. As an Assistant Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning coordination and of construction projects specifically focusing on roads and bridges. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines budgets resources and teams to ensure successful project delivery while upholding quality safety and client satisfaction objectives. Primary Responsibilities:
Review shop drawings product data and other project submittals for conformance with plans and specifications.
Process coordinate and distribute submittals in a timely manner.
Maintain a log and review status to expedite critical submittals.
Track progress weekly updating the schedule monthly
Quantify project impacts through contemporaneous schedule analysis.
Conduct buyout and issue subcontracts for assigned scopes of work.
Perform job cost allocation for subcontract and purchase order awards.
Requests for Information (RFI):Process formal/subcontractor RFIs promptly.
Coordinate and distribute RFIs to affected parties.
Identify and provide timely notice of changed conditions.
Perform job cost allocations and update asbuilt drawings.
Assist the superintendent with subcontractor/supplier coordination.
Expedite material deliveries.
Identify special inspection requirements.
Compile necessary data for the timely submission of monthly applications for payment.
Assist PM in reviewing subcontractor/supplier payment releases.
Ensure proper cost coding of miscellaneous invoices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction or a related field.
1 years of experience in the civil construction industry.
Proficiency in software including MS Office Suite and construction project management software
