Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to our Independent Living Homes. This role involves a blend of clerical projectbased work and some customer service duties.

About the Role:
Fraser operates five Independent Living apartment communities across the Twin Cities metro area designed for adults 18 with developmental disabilities. These locations include Apple Valley Bloomington Hopkins Minnetonka and Richfield. The Administrative Coordinator will provide dministrative support across all sites.

What Youll Do:

  • Perform clerical tasks and support ongoing projects
  • Coordinate and communicate with staff and residents
  • Assist with administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our Independent Living Homes
  • Provide administrative support for the Property Manager and Service Coordinator
  • Assist with rent collection waitlist updates and data entry
  • Maintain databases on SharePoint
  • Order and maintain inventory of general office and activity supplies
  • Take initiative in continued process improvement in conjunction with the Service Coordinator and Property Manager

Schedule & Pay:

  • This position is working 32 hours a week between Monday Friday standard business hours
  • Starting at $19.00 per hour $350 Hiring Bonus!
  • Bloomington MN with some remote
    • Occasional travel inbetween apartment sites required (mileage reimbursement provided)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required postsecondary education highly preferred
  • Six months of professional experience working with people who have developmental disabilities or related conditions required with one year or more of experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable record

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs including Excel Word Publisher and Outlook
