Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome to the big leagues of data science! This isnt just crunching numbersthis is revolutionizing how people shop. As a Senior Data Scientist youll dive deep into complex datasets uncover hidden insights and deploy machine learning models to transform retail experiences. Youll work with a dynamic team to build robust data pipelines and develop predictive solutions that shape strategic decisions.
Youll be the data hero who not only designs cuttingedge models but also mentors junior talent guiding them to deliver insights that make a real impact. Think of yourself as the brain behind the scenesengineering smarter ways to connect people with products through datadriven magic.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years (preferably 8 of data science experience
Mastery in Python (Pandas NumPy Scikitlearn TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
Proficiency in data modeling machine learning and statistical analysis
Experience with experimental design and A/B testing
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau)
Cloud expertise (AWS GCP Azure) and big data tools (Spark Databricks)
Proven ability to lead data science projects and mentor junior team members
Strong problemsolving skills and a collaborative mindset
Qualification:
A Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Bonus Points:
Experience with consumer analytics or retail data
Computer vision NLP or mathematical optimization skills
Contributions to opensource projects or research papers
Certifications in data science machine learning or cloud technologies
