Inviting applications for the role of Manager Transitions HRSS
The incumbent would work very closely with business HR Corporate M&A team regional counterparts Shared Services and IT teams to support internal transitions and high priority projects.
Responsibilities
Lead endtoend transition strategy & solution along with the process owners by consolidating relevant inputs from cross functional teams in line with the solution
Participate in PreTransition Workshops to gain further insight and fine tune the transformation solution to meet stakeholders stated and unstated needs and own all updates
Create comprehensive transition plans outlining key milestones timelines and deliverables with an ability to outline goals and outcomes gather data brainstorm on solutions evaluate pros and cons.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed about progress.
Identify potential risks associated with transitions and develop mitigation strategies.
Handle deployment projects across the various HR Shared Services subfunctions while ensuring effective and efficient including customer education setting expectations process definition establishing appropriate thresholds and project management.
Oversee handoff to account management upon completion of the implementation project
Appropriately record project activities accurately track and concisely report project statuses and manage projects within the defined model.
Ability to handle multiple projects and implementations in parallel with appropriate prioritization.
Manage escalations and effectively utilize higher management in resolving challenging problems
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
Graduate degree Bachelors/ Equivalent
Critical thinking skills with Analytical and problemsolving mindset
Good communication articulation skills along with good stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a crossfunctional environment.
Proficiency in MS Office: MS PowerPoint & MS Excel Skills (Vlookup Hlookup Pivot table etc.
Excellent presentation meeting facilitation communication (verbal and written) and listening skills.
A quick learner and a selfstarter ready to take on challenging assignments with good system analysis and solution architecting skills
Preferred Qualification
Relevant experience in leading projects with crossfunctional teams working knowledge of basic HR processes policies and tools.
