Job Description

A leading law firm seeks a professional organized and techsavvy Administrative Assistant to join its Baton Rouge office. In this dynamic fulltime role youll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors manage conference room logistics handle mail and deliveries (including courthouse filings) and support daily office operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly detailoriented and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Word. Prior administrative experience is required (law firm background a plus). Were looking for someone adaptable positive and eager to contribute in a fastpaced professional environment.
