Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Recruiter with 13 years of handson experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various IT technologies domains and client requirements. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage endtoend IT recruitment processes including sourcing screening scheduling and onboarding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
* Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals social media professional networks and employee referrals.
* Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.
* Handle recruitment for diverse IT domains technologies and clients with precision and speed.
* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in IT recruitment and technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
13 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
* Strong understanding of IT technologies domains and industry practices.
* Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
* Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
* Experience in building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
