Job Description
- Prepare detail estimates for customers.
- Enter Sales Orders into the Accounting System.
- Enter Purchase Orders into the Accounting System.
- Provide shipping information to accounting.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Assist in keeping parts area clean stocked and orderly.
- Operate forklift after required training and certification.
- Participate in all training programs that are made available.
- Keep current on new products and product updates.
- Order special parts and make determinations regarding quality price and shipping availability.
- Use computers and cataloging to determine correct parts pricing and availability of parts.
- Interact with factories to get parts quotes
- Work independently to provide adequate customer service to internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be organized and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Quick learner
- Excellent communication skills
- HVAC experience or background is helpful but not required
- Minimum High School Degree. Associate Degree or higher preferred
