Job Description
Job Title: Machine Operator
Department: Production
Industry: Tyre Manufacturing MNC
Job Description:
- Operate and supervise production machinery following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Modify machine settings to ensure optimal performance and highquality output.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as required.
Production Processes:
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks during production.
- Report any product defects or inconsistencies.
- Ensure compliance with the companys quality standards.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
- Promptly report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Shifts:
- 7 AM to 3 PM
- 3 PM to 11 PM
- 11 PM to 7 AM
Workweek: 6 days/week with 1 rotating day off
Shift Allowance: 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)
NOTE Applications are welcome from all over India except those from UP & Bihar
Selection Process:
- Interviews: Conducted online
- Medical Test: Mandatory postselection
Requirements
Requirements::
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Year of completion: 2020 onwards)
- Age: 1825 years
- Gender: Male & Female
- Health Requirements: Candidates should not have undergone any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.
- Experience: Freshers
- Documents Required:
- Resume
- 10th and 12th mark sheets
- ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates
- Provisional and Transfer certificates
- Aadhar Card PAN Card
- Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed)
- 5 Passportsize photos
Benefits
- 17000 per month for Diploma holders
- 16000 per month for ITI holders
