Job Description

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Momentum Worldwide is looking for a dynamic Vice President Account Director of Business Leadership to be a key member of a growing team working across a wide variety of programs for one of the top global retailers. We are seeking a passionate leader with experience leading multifaceted projects that may include consumer and B2B events digital campaigns and shopper marketing programs. You will work to develop a strong relationship with clients third parties and internal team members while leading and empowering your team across multiple work streams. This individual will lead a crossfunctional team to deliver projects on time on brief and be responsible for delivering great work that drives business results.


HERES WHAT YOULL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Responsible for growth and profitability of toptier retail account and attaining annual revenue and contribution margin targets.
  • Provide category and channel expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are met
  • Provide expert direction and oversight across strategy development property negotiation/management and marketing activation development/ ROI methodology
  • Integral member of brand team within the agency developing and managing client business while leading strategy development for assigned account(s)
  • Foster strong relationships across the client marketing team and proactively troubleshoot conflicts with clients
  • Along with budget development and management develop staffing plans to profitably support the business
  • Lead Business Leadership and cross discipline agency teams in developing and delivering exceptional programs flawlessly executed while meeting client needs
  • Actively contributing to new business efforts working in conjunction with senior management and external agency partners
  • Develop and delivers compelling client/new business presentations
  • Proactively work to grow client business across the agencys core disciplines
  • Leadership mentorship and development of all direct reports. Fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership strategic thinking appropriate risk taking open lines of communication ongoing performance feedback professional development and adherence to agency policy.

HERES WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing preferred
  • 12 years agency Account Management experience marketing
  • Retail shopper and commerce experience greatly valued
  • Willing and interested in travel
  • Selfmotivated and able to problem solve in a live onsite event environment.
  • Experienced in strategic thinking and ability to see articulate and drive to the big picture
  • Passion and solutionoriented approach to problemsolving
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills and adept at communicating effectively across all levels
  • Wellversed in business development strategic thought leadership and creative development skills.
  • Ability to perform well in fastchanging environments.
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams in delivering exceptional work within budget parameters
