Now were looking for aVice President of Preconstruction to lead the strategy and execution of our front-end project operationsfrom planning and engineering through fabrication and delivery. This is a key executive role focused on unifying our preconstruction teams with our Project and Field teams and driving efficiency innovation and alignment as we continue to grow and evolve.
What Youll Own
- Operate as an entrepreneurial leader of an integrated business unit with full accountability for performance growth and results
- Balancing of sales operations and full financial P/L with disciplined execution
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO driving the direction of preconstruction functions as a self-sustaining engine within the company
- Build and lead with the mindset of a business owneraligning vision systems and people to deliver measurable impact
- Provide leadership across Planning (layout design BIM/modeling) Engineering Services Fabrication Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Build scalable systems that integrate design engineering and logistics to streamline delivery to the field
- Lead the development of our 100% kitting strategy and advance our prefabrication approach
- Collaborate with business development and executive leadership to support growth and innovation
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Represent Lighthouse in industry forums and peer groups bringing back insights that shape our future
- Mentor and develop future leaders across departments
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets resource plans and capital investments
What You Bring
- 10 years of leadership in construction engineering manufacturing or related fields
- Deep knowledge of preconstruction functions like BIM prefabrication and supply chain operations
- Proven success building and scaling systems across departments
- Strong leadership presence with clear communication and strategic thinking
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving problems
- Track record of process improvement and change management
