Job Description
CHC Addiction Services is a nonprofit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat inspire support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.
We are currently looking for a Counseling Supervisor to lead our counseling team at RAMAR one of our residential facilities. RAMAR is for men who are in need of intensive counseling and roundthe clock monitoring. Patients may enter RAMAR and receive individual and group counseling medical services transportation and other therapeutic activities. During their stay patients develop selfmanagement and recovery skills that help them rebuild their lives.

This position will plan organize and direct the daytoday activities of the program including clinically supervising and evaluating the RAMAR counseling staff ensuring exceptional services are being provided while also monitoring and maintaining program productivity and observance of program/agency policies and guidelines. Will also maintain an individual caseload providing direct service to patients through individual and group counseling
Minimum Requirements: Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology or related field. Must have a current license from the Ohio Counselor Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a PCCS or LISWS or the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as an LICDCCS. Should have knowledge of and experience with managerial operations including having strong skills in leadership supervision communication and employee development.
