Job Description:
Arranging travel and accommodation ticketing of rail and flights.
Verification of vouchers
Arranging the meetings and meeting and greeting visitors
Dealing with incoming email and post
Liaising with staff and/or some clients
Organizing and maintaining calendar and making appointments
Updating contacts entering of visiting cards data and maintaining proper records
Tracking and entry in our daily inhouse reporting system called Chronos.
Maintaining office systems of Filing and adopting centralized approach: colour / coding files/
processing etc. Data management and coordination with the respective departments
Systemization of Computer/ Soft filing.
Internet Surfing
Scanning all original important documents and indexing them for easy retrieval.
Mandate letters to be scanned & originals to be submitted to the concerned person. A list of
all mandate letters and their status to be maintained regularly. Expression of Interest letters
to be prepared and maintained.
Any other duties that may be given from time to time
