Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and structuring of innovative group and individual life insurance products.
Review and enhance existing products to better serve current clients.
Ensure compliance by assessing product range against regulatory and professional guidelines.
Lead the Product Development team providing guidance to junior actuarial analysts.
Engage with clients and reinsurers on product strategies and enhancements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on technical product matters.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
Nearly qualified actuary.
35 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Experience in life insurance product development (advantageous).
Experience managing a team (advantageous).
