The Product and Partner Solutions Specialist acts as the bridge between our partners and the product team ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of the market and our clients. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing engineering and customer support to deliver tailored product solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

The Product Solutions Specialist provides expert guidance on how our products can address complex business challenges helping clients realize the full potential of our offerings. The Product Solutions Specialist will also play a key role in gathering feedback identifying opportunities for product improvements and helping clients optimize their experience with our solutions.

How Youll Shine:

  • Assist in the system configuration integration and onboarding of new lines of business and/or products into Travel Solutions business unit.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize system use of supplier inventory

  • Provide presales and postsales support by working with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable product solutions.

  • Work in partnership with stakeholders to integrate new supply products and technology onto Travel Solutions platforms.

  • Establish the release of new initiatives and projects to ensure implementation setup testing and supportive maintenance post release.

  • Conduct internal and external training sessions on product features use cases and best practices to ensure all stakeholders are fully equipped to use the products effectively.

  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help refine product roadmaps prioritize new features and address product gaps.

  • Continuously seek opportunities for improving Travel Solutions internal processes workflows and system setups.

  • Stay informed on industry trends customer pain points and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel may be required once or twice a year for team meetings. 5 time)


What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. product management or solution engineering certifications) are a plus.

  • ProblemSolving: Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and design tailored solutions.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and articulate product benefits and value propositions effectively to diverse audiences.

  • CustomerCentric: A deep commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to build longterm relationships with clients.

  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate across multiple departments including sales marketing product and customer support.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and development.

  • Knowledge of RCC Micros Opera IHotelier Snowflake JIRA and other PMS or analytics software is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Supplier distribution systems (DHISCO HBSi etc)

  • Experience with all Trisept platforms a plus

  • 23 years of experience in a customerfacing role such as product management solution engineering or technical support with a proven track record in driving customer success and product adoption.


Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
