Job Description
Job Opportunity: Shop Foreman at Twin Falls Oil Service
Twin Falls Oil Service is actively seeking a Shop Foreman to lead our equipment maintenance team and oversee daytoday operations in our busy shop. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive experience in oilfield machinery leadership and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daytoday operations of the shop.
- Lead train and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of tractors/trailers and other equipment.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Manage inventory and coordinate the procurement of necessary parts and tools.
- Work closely with operations teams to prioritize and schedule repairs.
- Maintain and update maintenance logs and reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy equipment maintenance and experience in a leadership role.
- Strong mechanical skills and experience with heavy equipment.
- Proven ability to manage a team in a highpressure environment.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and practices.
- Excellent problemsolving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both management and operational teams.
