Job Description
Minimum 35 years of experience in SAP HCM and Payroll implementation and support projects
Indepth understanding of US Payroll UK Payroll Indian Payroll US Benefits 401k and Taxation
Extensive experience in configuring Work schedules Holiday calendar Attendance types Absence types generate time quotas and time evaluation HR Time
Knowledge and experience in Payroll Schema Rule changes
Experience of End of Year HR Patching process
Experience in HR Time Management
Interact with HRIS Benefits and Payroll teams to understand the requirement and business needs
Production support and enhancement of SAP HRIS Payroll Time and Benefits systems by troubleshooting and implementing configuration and technical changes
