Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research analyze and interpret macroeconomic variables for investment decisions
- Communicate insights to the Fixed Income Portfolio Management and broader Investment team
- Value fixed income securities and interest rate derivatives
- Analyze bond yield curves and instrument sensitivity
- Monitor riskadjusted returns optimize portfolios and enhance credit performance
- Assist in trading and administration of fixed income securities
- 35 years in fixed interest credit research or risk management
- 3 years fixed income experience (buy side) with proven investment track record
- Bachelors Degree in finance economics or related field
- Ideally pursuing CFA or FRM
- Proficient in Excel Bloomberg and risk systems
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Salary: R300K/yr R600K/yr negotiable
