Job Description

The Supervisor in partnership with the club general manager will help ensure the smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments enabling the club to provide the highest level of customer service.
This highvisibility leadership position requires the capacity to create a culture that engages residents through ongoing residential outreach as well as a culture of staff accountability for all aspects of performance and service thus ensuring a extraordinary service experience for each resident.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the highest level of staff accountability
- Facility staffing schedules
- Staff training and education
- Resident relations; daily resident engagement
- Resident inquiries complaints suggestions and the coordination of resolutions to any issues involving the amenities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control
- Facility supplies purchase coordination and logistics
- Daily weekly monthly and annual reports to TWF corporate
- Vendor communication liaison
- Billing
- Oversee all health and fitness operations which can include pool wetarea and amenities
- Maintenance of the pool sauna steam rooms and whirlpool
- Promoting and marketing our services
Requirements:
- Fouryear college degree
- Luxury hospitality experience
- midlevel management experience in fitness hospitality or wellness
- experience in leadership in staff development
- outgoing and selfdirected
- passionate about fitness wellness and living a healthy lifestyle
